Tiffany McCoy, CFEI®, is a nationally Certified Financial Education Instructor℠, and visionary founder of Money Smart with Tiffany, LLC—a movement dedicated to empowering kids, teens and young adults with lifelong money skills. Driven by her passion for youth empowerment, Tiffany authored “Money Smart: A Financial Literacy Guide for Teens” and the "Smart Budgeting Planner." 

Her mission is simple but powerful: equip the next generation with the financial confidence, knowledge, and habits they need to build successful futures.

Tiffany is the creator of a growing ecosystem of tools and programs—including workbooks, workshops, youth advisory initiatives, school partnerships, and community outreach experiences—designed to make financial literacy engaging, relatable, and accessible. As a dynamic speaker, she blends real-world expertise with relatable storytelling, making her sessions inspiring, practical, and deeply impactful.  

Through Money Smart with Tiffany, she is committed to breaking generational cycles, expanding financial opportunities, and helping young people see what’s possible when they take control of their financial future. Tiffany’s message is clear:  Financial literacy is not just knowledge—it’s power, purpose, and generational change.

Dr. Holas, earned her doctorate June 2015 in Education Leadership and a minor in Brain-based leadership. In addition, she has trained extensively for 9 years in the area of brain-based education, principles, and strategies in hope of developing a program for improving and designing instruction that will deliver significant results. Blue Ribbon Results' instructional program utilizes knowledge of Brain-based principles and strategies, pre assessments, observation data to create initial Individual Learning Plans.

Keisha James, M.Ed., is an educational consultant, writer, and homeschool mom who brings heart and hands-on wisdom to everything she creates. As the founder of CC Patchworks LLC and co-founder of Curriculum Agents, Keisha is dedicated to helping families and organizations design learning experiences that are affirming, experiential and holistic in nature with parent wellness at the core.

With a background in experiential learning, child development, teaching, social-emotional learning and coaching, Keisha supports homeschooling families in crafting unique routines and flows — while also guiding programs, publishers, and communities seeking dynamic consultation, publications, curriculum development, or speaking engagements. Her work uplifts diverse narratives, honors her heritage, and champions learning that flows with real life.
