The Homeschool Yo Kids Expo is an educational event designed to support families by connecting them with curriculum providers, enrichment programs, community resources, presentations, and hands-on learning experiences.

TICKETS & REGISTRATION

Do I need to register in advance?

Advance registration is strongly encouraged. On-site registration may be available depending on capacity.

Is there a cost to attend?​

• Family tickets: $16

• Individual Tickets-$7

Are children required to have tickets?

Children are welcomed to come with their parents. There are no limits to how many kids can attend with an adult. 

Are tickets refundable or transferable?

Tickets are refundable prior to the expo date. Tickets are not refundable after the expo has already taken place.

EXHIBITOR FAQs

How do I become an exhibitor?

You can apply to be an exhibitor by completing the exhibitor registration form on our website.

What is included with an exhibitor booth?

Each exhibitor booth includes:

• One exhibition table

• 2 Chairs 

• Listing on the Homeschool Yo Kids App

When is exhibitor setup and breakdown?

• Setup: 10am

• Breakdown: 2pm
  All exhibitors must remain set up during Expo hours.

Are exhibitors allowed to sell products on-site?

Yes, exhibitors may sell products and services unless otherwise restricted by venue policies or local regulations.

Is electricity or Wi-Fi provided?

Electricity and Wi-Fi may be available depending on the venue. Please request these services in advance.

SPONSORSHIP FAQs

What sponsorship opportunities are available?

We offer multiple sponsorship packages, including advertising, digital marketing, podcast promotions, app placements, and exhibition opportunities.

Are sponsorship payments refundable?

Sponsorship payments are non-refundable once promotional placement has begun.

When will my sponsorship benefits begin?

Benefits begin once payment is received and all required marketing materials are submitted.

Can sponsorship benefits be customized?

Yes! Custom sponsorship packages may be available upon request.

PRESENTATION & PROGRAMMING

Will there be workshops or speakers?

Yes, the Expo will feature speakers covering a variety of homeschooling and educational topics. We typically have at least 3 presenters. 

Do I need to register separately for workshops?

No, speakers usually begin sharing around 12:15pm. Just make sure you are there before then to see all speakers.

VENUE & LOGISTICS

Is parking available?

Yes, parking is available at or near the venue. Parking fees may apply at certain locations.

Is the venue ADA accessible?

Yes, most venues are ADA. If you have a concern, please reach out in advance to inquire about the location you are interested in.

Are food and drinks allowed?

Food and beverages are subject to venue policies. Some venues may have food vendors on-site. We do offer light refreshments at all expos.

Are strollers allowed?

Yes, strollers are permitted unless otherwise noted by the venue.

We are committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Is the Expo responsible for lost or stolen items?

The Expo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal or exhibitor property.
